1. Introduction:

Welcome to CommissionKart.com, India’s Largest commissionkart Site, operated by HUSVE ENTERPRISES Private Limited (“We,” “Us,” “CommissionKart,” or “Our”). By using the services available on the CommissionKart Platform (“Services”), you agree to the terms, guidelines, and supplemental terms outlined in these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”). Please carefully read these terms as they govern your use of the website and the mobile application. We may notify registered members of any material changes through email or website.

2. Membership:

To access our services, you must register on CommissionKart. Members are prohibited from running paid ads on platforms like Google or Facebook pointing to CommissionKart. Failure to comply may result in immediate account termination. Purchases made on CommissionKart.com’ platform should be for personal use only, and any non-authorized use may lead to account termination without notice.

3. Our Service:

commissionkart Service: Members earn commissionkart by making purchases from listed retailers on the platform. commissionkart is subject to the retailer confirming a successful, tracked, and genuine Qualifying Transaction. commissionkart can be transferred to bank accounts after reaching the minimum threshold set by us.

Reward Program: Users can earn rewards for purchases, redeemable through gift cards or wallets after reaching the minimum threshold.

Unique Referral Fee: Members receive a referral fee for introducing new members. Terms are subject to change, and we reserve the right to modify referral program terms.

4. Becoming a Member:

To register, you must be 18 years or older. You agree to provide accurate information, including bank details for commissionkart payouts. commissionkart Receipt Method has a minimum threshold for withdrawals.

5. commissionkart/Reward and Referral Fees:

commissionkart/Reward is provided for Qualifying Transactions, subject to retailer confirmation. Members must raise missing commissionkart/reward queries within 10 days of the transaction. We may recover unduly paid commissionkart/rewards through legal proceedings.

6. Your Account:

Withdrawals can be made when the minimum commissionkart/reward threshold is reached. Closing an account with a balance below the threshold results in forfeiture. Members are responsible for updating email addresses and mobile numbers.

Cancellation Policy

Affiliate Program:

• Affiliates can cancel their participation at any time by contacting our support team.
• Upon cancellation, any unpaid commissions earned will be paid out during the next scheduled payment cycle.
• CommissionKart may cancel an affiliate account immediately for violation of policies, fraudulent activity, etc. Unpaid commissions earned until date of cancellation will still be paid.

Own Products:

• Customers can request to cancel an order within 24 hours for a full refund. Please contact our support team to initiate cancellation and refund.

Refund Policy Affiliate Program:

• If an affiliate feels there is an error in commission amount, they can contact support within 30 days from payout date for an investigation and correction to be made in the next cycle if deemed valid.

Own Products:

• If unsatisfied with a product, customers can request a refund within 30 days of purchase by contacting our support team to initiate return and refund.

Shipping Policy

• Free shipping on orders above $50/Rs.1000
• Flat fee of $4.99 for orders under $50 /Rs.60 Per Order
• Products are shipped within 5-7 business days after order confirmation and processing

Delivery Policy Affiliate Program:

• Access to marketing materials provided immediately after approval of affiliate application
• Commissions delivered  paid in 90 Days
• Payments delivered via direct bank deposit, PayPal, Amazonpay, Wallet etc.

Own Products:

• Customer orders delivered within 5-7 business days after purchase confirmation and processing

Contact our support team with any questions or issues regarding cancellations, returns, shipping, or payments for both affiliate program participation and own products.

7. Validity of commissionkart/Rewards/Referral/Special Bonus:

commissionkart earnings expire if not logged in for 2 years. To prevent expiry, login at least once every 2 years. Expired earnings are non-withdrawable.

8. Intellectual Property:

All intellectual property rights related to the platform belong to us. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.

9. Privacy Policy:

Our Privacy Policy is part of this Agreement, governing how we handle personal data.

10. Our Role:

We are not a party to transactions with retailers and are not liable for goods or services. Members should exercise caution in transactions with retailers.

11. Misuse:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for members in breach of this Agreement. Members must not misuse the service for fraudulent activities.

12. Contact from Third Parties:

You agree to provide information and assistance in case of third-party contact related to your account.

13. Additional Services:

New services may have additional terms, and your use is subject to compliance.

14. Operation of our commissionkart/Reward Service:

We may withdraw, modify, or suspend the service for legal, security, technical, or commercial reasons. We aim to inform members of service unavailability.

15. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability:

We provide the service “as-is,” disclaiming warranties. Our liability is limited to direct loss or damage, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

16. Third-Party Content:

We are not responsible for third-party content on the platform or accessible via hyperlinks.

17. Communications:

You agree to receive communications regarding the service through various mediums.

18. Indemnity:

You indemnify us against liabilities arising from breaches of this Agreement or transactions with retailers.

19. Assignment:

We reserve the right to assign this Agreement. You may not assign this Agreement without our consent.

20. Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement, replacing all earlier agreements.

21. Changes to this Agreement:

We reserve the right to change this Agreement, and changes will take effect after posting, with notice for significant changes.

22. Severability:

If any term is held invalid, the remainder of the Agreement remains valid. We and members are independent contractors.

23. Grievance Officer:

For grievances, contact our Grievance Officer at the provided details.

In case any user feels aggrieved, has questions, or wishes to file a complaint regarding any violation of the terms outlined in these Terms of Use, they can submit a written complaint to the Grievance Officer. The Grievance Officer will address the complaint within 1 (One) month of receiving it.

Note: We reserve the right to modify the above details at our discretion. Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information to the grievance officer may result in civil and/or criminal liability.

• Governing Law:

This Agreement and our relationship with you and each Member are governed by Indian laws. Both you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian courts concerning disputes arising in connection with this Agreement.

• Retaining this Agreement:

We do not individually file the agreements made by Members during their registration for the Cashback Service. You can access it at www.commissionkart.com. Please create a durable copy of this Agreement by printing and/or saving a downloaded copy on your computer. It is available in English only.
